Hello Vendors!

Thank you for your interest in The Vintage Market. We are looking for vendors who sell reclaimed, up-cycled, refinished, repurposed, antique, vintage, handmade, shabby chic, painted or any combinations thereof. We are so excited to provide you with a venue to share your exceptional craft and unique finds with Harford County.
 
 

$50 for two parking spaces

$95 for 4 parking spaces

 
When: Saturday, November 7th, 2015

Where: The John Carroll School
703 E. Churchville Rd.
Bel Air, MD 21014: Student Parking Lot

Time: 9am to 2pm

Vendor Space: Accepted vendors will be allotted a display space (either two parking spaces(outdoors)/10’x10’ (indoors) or four parking spaces(outdoors)/10’x20’ (indoors). Vendors are responsible for providing your own table(s), chairs, backdrop,  etc. Tents are welcome, however we do recommend vendors bring something to weigh them down in case of strong winds. Electric and WiFi are not provided.

 

Application & Fees: Your application, photos and vendor fee can be filled out and submitted electronically via the online form. Those applications not accepted will have their vendor fee returned to them along with a notification email of the committee’s decision.  Accepted vendors fees are non-refundable.  Notice of location and set up instructions will be emailed one week prior to the Vintage Market.

Must receive cancellation notices no later than 7 days before the Market or you will not be invited back next year.  There will be NO REFUNDS.

 
Bad Weather Conditions: JC Vintage Market is rain or shine. The only circumstances which will lead to cancelation are those that are severe and/or life threatening weather conditions that may jeopardize our vendors and patrons; a decision to cancel will be made 24 hours in advance.  In that case we will post a message to this website and Facebook page.

Arrival & Setup: Vendors with large items (i.e.furniture, etc) should arrive between 6:30 and 7:30; vendors with smaller items should arrive between 7:00 and 8:00.  The Vintage Market parking lot will be closed to all vehicle traffic promptly at 8:15. Do not set up your space until you move your vehicle. It is important that vendors arrive on time to ensure a smooth set up for everyone. Vendors are required to stay the entire market .
